Front covered terrace with sea view. On the terrace there is a large table with comfortable chairs for 6 people, and a swing for 3 people.
Rear smaller terrace: The terrace is located in the mezzanine between the ground floor and the first floor. There are two swings on it. From the terrace there is a partial view of the sea, the adjacent park and the street.
Bedroom 2: Bedroom for two people with a sea view. Air conditioning, Smart TV, built-in wardrobe, Queen size bed. Bathroom: WC and shower.
2ND FLOOR:
Bedroom 3: Bedroom for two people with a view of the sea and the possibility of adding a cot for a child up to two years old. Air conditioning, Smart TV, built-in wardrobe, Queen size bed. Bathroom: WC and shower.

The house is fully air-conditioned. There is wi-fi connection throughout the whole house. All bedrooms and living room have Smart TV. All bedrooms have a separate bathroom. The size of the beds in the bedrooms is Queen size.
Parking around the house is free of charge.
The distance to the UNESCO-protected historic center of Trogir is 8 km. It is 18 km to the UNESCO-protected city center of Split. Zračna Luka Split Airport is 6 km away. The bus stop is right next to the airport terminal. Bus number 37 (Split-airport-Trogir) normally runs every 20 minutes and has stops in all Kaštela villages. The bus stop is only a 6-minute walk from Villa Prima. The buses are of high quality and air-conditioned.
